Always a bit nervous getting a new supplier, but from the very outset Shaun gave us confidence and was on time with the quote for a new lawn, he gave us a date, and turned up on time! Shaun rescued us from a very poorly executed turf laying project, and from the outset we were impressed with his knowledge-he saw immediately where the problems were and once available he set about rectifying the situation. He arranged everything from organising the skip for disposal of the existing turf, to the delivery of the new topsoil and turf. Finally I found someone to tidy up a small patch out our front. These were the fourth people I had tried, one said she didn�t want do do the work and the other two just never turned up. So I was pleased when they turned up for the first appointment to look at the job and give me a quote. We found Shaun through an online search of gardeners in the Newton Abbot area, he replied to our query quickly, came round within a few days to look at the job, answered all our questions thoroughly, especially my concerns about affecting pets and wildlife, and he provided us with a quote that same day which was very competitive. The job took a few weeks mainly to get rid of the old grass and weeds but once he started the job our new lawn was down in a day and a half. We couldn't have hoped for a better service!!
